Leaving the Hills on the 630
From the middle of Baulkham Hills, the clinic is about 11 km by road. One direct route follows Windsor Road and then the M2 Hills Motorway. Baulkham Hills has no railway station of its own. Norwest metro station, on Brookhollow Avenue in neighbouring Norwest, is on the Metro North West & Bankstown Line, and that line does not stop at Blacktown. Bus route 630 runs between Blacktown and Epping via Baulkham Hills, which links the suburb with Blacktown by bus. Get off at Blacktown Station and allow for a walk of about a kilometre to the clinic.

Around Baulkham Hills Junction and Grove Square
Baulkham Hills Junction is where Windsor Road, Old Northern Road and Seven Hills Road meet. Grove Square shopping centre sits between Windsor Road and Old Northern Road, with Coles, Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets plus 70 specialty shops. Windsor Road is also the first leg of the direct drive to the clinic. The name came from settler Andrew McDougall, after Buckholm Hills in Roxburgh, Scotland, and was officially recognised in 1802. On 29 June 2018, northern parts of the suburb became parts of Norwest and Bella Vista.
