What we can help with
Chiropractors are registered primary contact health practitioners who assess and manage problems involving the spine, muscles, joints and the nerves that run alongside them.
Back pain
Lower and upper back pain: likely causes, what an assessment looks for and how care is planned.
Back pain is one of the most common reasons people visit a chiropractor, and one of the most common reasons Australians miss work. Most episodes are not caused by serious damage, but they can be painful and worrying.

Stiff, sore or painful necks (including after whiplash), with careful assessment and gentle options.
A stiff or sore neck can make driving, working at a screen and sleeping feel like hard work. Neck pain is common and usually settles, but an assessment can help when it lingers, keeps returning or follows an injury.

Tension-type, neck-related and recurring headaches: what may contribute and when to get help fast.
Headaches have many causes, and only some are related to the neck and muscles. Our chiropractors consult on headaches, including migraine and tension-type headache, and help work out whether musculoskeletal factors may be playing a part.

Shoulders, hips, knees, hands and feet: how we assess joint pain and what care may help.
Joint pain can creep up slowly or arrive after an injury. Our clinic assesses and treats joints beyond the spine, including shoulders, hands, hips, knees, ankles and feet, and will tell you honestly when another option is more appropriate.

Strains, tight spots and soft tissue pain: localised muscle problems and how recovery is guided.
A pulled hamstring, a knot between the shoulder blades, a calf that tightens every time you run: muscle pain is often localised and linked to a specific activity. This page covers how we assess and treat soft tissue problems like these.

People usually come to us because something hurts, feels stiff or is getting in the way of work, sport, sleep or looking after family. Our job is to work out what is likely driving those symptoms, whether chiropractic care is appropriate, and what a sensible plan looks like. Depending on what we find, that plan may be:
- Treatment here
- Advice
- A referral for imaging
- A conversation with your GP
Your chiropractor will explain their findings and the options, including when another health professional is a better fit.
