About posture & alignment care at our clinic

There is no single perfect posture, but the way you sit, stand and move every day can influence how your body feels. A posture assessment helps you understand your habits and what is worth changing.

  • No 'ideal' shape. We look at comfort, variety and capacity — not a textbook outline.
  • Movement, not just stance. How you bend, reach and turn matters as much as how you stand still.
  • Advice you can use. Simple changes at work, at home and in training.

Questions

Posture & alignment: common questions

We do not have a clinic in Glendenning. Patients from Glendenning visit our only clinic at 118 Bungarribee Rd, Blacktown NSW 2148.

There are helpful starting points, like having your screen near eye level and feet supported. But the best posture is usually your next one — changing position regularly matters more than holding one 'correct' position.

Posture can contribute for some people, especially when combined with long periods of the same position, low activity or stress. It is rarely the only factor, which is why we assess the whole picture.

Usually not. Simple changes to your set-up and regular movement tend to be more useful than braces. Your chiropractor will advise if any support would genuinely help.
