Bookings for a suburb of young families

Couple families with children made up 69.0% of families in Marsden Park at the 2021 Census, and children aged 0 to 14 made up 30.0% of the population. Separate houses made up 97.4% of occupied private dwellings. With so many children in the suburb, the weekday session from 3pm to 7pm and Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm may be the simplest times to fit in. No GP referral is needed, and online booking is open at any time, including evenings once the kids are in bed.

Samuel Marsden, Melonba and Angus

Marsden Park takes its name from Samuel Marsden (1764-1838), a Church of England priest and landowner in the area. The suburb is in the City of Blacktown local government area, and its shape has changed in recent years. In November 2020 the boundaries of Schofields and Marsden Park were altered, creating the new suburbs of Melonba and Angus. If you live in one of those newer areas, route 748 from Melonba to Schofields station is one way to reach a train that stops at Blacktown.
