About aches & stiffness care at our clinic
Not every pain has a clear starting point. Some people simply feel achy and stiff in several places, or have niggles that move around. This page is about those general, ongoing aches and how we approach them.
- Whole-person view. Sleep, stress, activity and health all influence how your body feels.
- Rule out the medical. Widespread aches sometimes need a GP check.
- Build capacity. Gradual, enjoyable movement is usually part of the answer.

When to see someone else first
If your symptoms come with feeling unwell, fever, numbness, weakness or followed a significant injury, see your GP or seek urgent care first.
