About dry needling care at our clinic
Dry needling is one of the soft tissue techniques our chiropractors may use for muscle-related pain and tightness. It is optional, it is not for everyone, and it is only used after an assessment and with your consent.
- Muscle-focused. Fine, sterile single-use needles are placed into specific areas of tight or sensitive muscle.
- Not acupuncture. It is based on Western anatomy and muscle assessment, not traditional Chinese medicine.
- Your choice. We explain the risks and alternatives, and you can decline at any time.

When to see someone else first
