About dry needling care at our clinic
Dry needling is one of the soft tissue techniques our chiropractors may use for muscle-related pain and tightness. It is optional, it is not for everyone, and it is only used after an assessment and with your consent.
- Muscle-focused. Fine, sterile single-use needles are placed into specific areas of tight or sensitive muscle.
- Not acupuncture. It is based on Western anatomy and muscle assessment, not traditional Chinese medicine.
- Your choice. We explain the risks and alternatives, and you can decline at any time.

Travelling from Lalor Park
Lalor Park is an established suburb with long-time residents and young families. Common reasons for a first visit include lower back pain, stiff necks and the aches that come with busy, physical days.
Lalor Park connects to Blacktown through local roads via Seven Hills or Kings Park. Use the directions link on this page for a live route and current traffic, as conditions change throughout the day.
When to see someone else first
Dry needling is only used after assessment and with your consent. Tell your chiropractor about bleeding disorders, blood thinners or needle anxiety.
