About joint pain care at our clinic

Joint pain can creep up slowly or arrive after an injury. Our clinic assesses and treats joints beyond the spine — including shoulders, hands, hips, knees, ankles and feet — and will tell you honestly when another option is more appropriate.

  • Upper body. Shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands.
  • Lower body. Hips, knees, ankles and feet.
  • Strength-led. Exercise is central to most joint plans.

Questions

Joint pain: common questions

We do not have a clinic in Plumpton. Patients from Plumpton visit our only clinic at 118 Bungarribee Rd, Blacktown NSW 2148.

Yes, where the problem is musculoskeletal. Your chiropractor will assess the knee and the hip and ankle that influence it, and refer you if imaging or a specialist opinion is needed.

No treatment reverses osteoarthritis. Care focuses on improving comfort, movement and strength so you can do more of what matters to you.

Short-term relative rest after an injury can help, but long-term rest usually makes joints stiffer and weaker. Your chiropractor will guide you on what to modify and what to keep doing.
