About sciatica care at our clinic
Sciatica describes pain that travels from the lower back or buttock down the leg, often with tingling or numbness. It can be intense and frightening, but many cases improve over time with the right guidance.
- Leg-dominant pain. Sciatica usually hurts more in the leg than in the back.
- Nerve testing. Reflexes, sensation and strength are checked at your first visit.
- Referral when needed. Some cases need imaging or a medical opinion — we will tell you.

Travelling from Bungarribee
A quick clarification: our clinic is at 118 Bungarribee Rd in the suburb of Blacktown, not in the suburb of Bungarribee. The road name is shared, and the two areas are neighbours.
Residents usually travel a short distance to the Blacktown end of Bungarribee Road. Use the directions link on this page for a live route and current traffic, as conditions change throughout the day.
When to see someone else first
Worsening leg weakness, numbness in the saddle area or bladder or bowel changes need urgent medical attention, not a chiropractic appointment.
